Thanks for your reply, Dealership could never find a prob. They replaced the batt. but no help. Ive contacted Infiniti customer sevice and they are going to send out their own techician to the local dealer. I dont hold out much hope. PD

4 times in what kind of time frame? How many miles are on the car? How long ago did you get it?

Or tell them to put you in a loaner till they figure it out and have a blast with their loaner, also demand free stuff for your inconviences, Spoiler? illuminated kick plates? all weather mats, trust me it works, My buddy did it with his brand new 335. Pos broke down with only 120 miles on the speedometer, sat at the dealer for 10 days and they gave him a free $500 oem spoiler. We didnt buy new cars for it to break down or have problems. right?

Can you briefly describe what happens when it doesn't start? It happened to my car once where it would try to start (you hear the ignition trying) and doesn't. Let it sit for 2 hours and it was fine. There was a thread on here w/ another guy having the same problem, and I think the conclusion was to tighten the battery connection. But it seems like dealer would have already tried that with replacing your battery.
