So far the Evaporative Fuel Leak has been fixed. But its hit or miss on filling up, sometimes I'll get a full tank, other times it will click off too early.

I went to fill up this morning, and I'm having the same problem everyone else is. Does anyone know where I can locate the actual PDF file of the TSB. I like to take these to the service writers, because I hate it when they act like they dont know what Im talking about!!!!

There is no TSB for our generation G's. They had a TSB for the G35 coupe, but I brought one in which I though was for our cars and they told me it was for the problem in the G35 coupe, not my car.

If gas is splurging out, it may not be your fuel tank issue. It's most likely your fuel level sensor which the fuel pump is attached to. Many of the G's had this issue when i was a tech at Infiniti.

Graham are you constantly filling up with Shell V-Power? I had problems with my G35 and was told by the Infiniti techs not to use V-power because it contained higher than normal levels of sulfur which was screwing up the sensors. Whether or not this is accurate I've been using 80/20 Chev/Shell and no problems now..

There is definitely no consistancy to which fuel i pump, always 91 octane, but brand differs nearly every fill up, with my commute when I get low on gas I can't afford to wait until I can go to a favorite gas station, I fill up where ever I can, and whenever needed. As long as it isn't Bob gas, its always a major station.

And the gas isn't splurging out, it just clicks off prematurely, I can manually top off without spilling over as long as i have a good idea of how much gas i need, knowing our tanks are roughly about 18 gallons.
