Dropped a socket under the battery terminal... grr

Does any one know where the abyss under the battery terminal leads to? I dropped a socket under there when installing my grounding kit. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
D

Serves you right for not buying from me. Just kidding.

But seriously, it may be extremely difficult to get it out. I dropped a stubby screwdriver in my Maxima engine bay and didn't see it to 7 months until it fell out in the driveway as I was parking one day. Weird. Try to drive slowly and slam the brakes hard in forward and reverse to see if it falls out. If it doesn't, drive carefully to the dealership and ask them to help you out. Good luck.
