Service on a lowered car

Any of you guys have trouble with a dealership servicing your car due to it being too low? About due for a 7000k oil change and this thought crossed my mind. They said it all depends how low it is... Anyone get turned away from the dealer for it being too low?

They use a lift. Why would how low it is even be an issue?

I was just wondering. I was thinking that some may use those ramps, but i guess now they all use lifts so its not an issue.
