2012 g37xs sedan

I have a droopy sun visor on my driver side, it sags just low enough to be in my vision when im driving. Whenever I drive I move it to the left side so I can see out of the windshield but I would rather have it in its normal position against the roof, any ideas on how to fix it? I thought about velcroing it up but I heard the velcro will make the roof fabric sag down over time.
