Exclamation G37 2012 UK spec Convertible problems

Hi guys

I have a G37 Premium Sports UK spec (right hand drive) which is imported to Mumbai - India (We don't have Infiniti Officially available here)

I recently got my hydraulic motor changed as it was giving me some problems. After the change i have noticed that the roof would get stuck sometimes, Nissan here on its own realigned the roof and it seems to work but another problem that haunting us not is that when we press the Roof button to bring it down the operation get stick when the tray goes down, we need to press the button Second time for it to successfully bring the roof down. This is not the case of bringing the roof backup again, it works perfectly fine when the roof comes up.

I also hear the Beep sound 2 times after locking the car which i have never noticed before. There is no error when we try connecting the scanner (i think Nissan uses an outdated version of software).

Also when the roof comes down, we do see on display that roof is open, but incase of roof closing we don't see any sign in display.

a little feedback would be helpful as Infiniti in this case has been very slow in responding to queries.

not owning a convertible, I'm not familiar with those issues but perhaps you might find something in this thread that could assist (regarding the 2 beeps)
