Blew my first hose today and I think I’m going to try and fix it my self. Looking for advice and the part number if anyone happens to know it. Looks like about a one and a half inch diameter tube and it’s in the back left of the engine bay.

Where are you located in the US and how many miles on the car?
Here's another good discussion on the topic. I'm at 68K with a 2013 and have not changed mine yet, so I am curious as to when these things typically go out and if the problem is related to climate as I have seen alot of instances reported both here and Reddit over the past couple of months (Winter).
My 2012 X-sedan blew at 115k.There is no if, only when it'll go. I fixed my roadside at 5am on a hot engine, not recommended. Still only took 1/2hr. Change it now.

The plastic ages with time, get it swapped out it's just a 3/4" hose union. I'd argue that Miles do not matter for this part time does. Maybe you could relate it to cycles but for a $5 part just swap it to metal and be done.
