Spacer thickness for stock 17in wheels to get flush fitment?
I have a 2012 G37x sedan, and I want to get flush fitment on stock ride height and wheels. I’m on the standard 17 inch by 7.5 inch G37 wheels and I don’t want to break the bank yet with new wheels that are a flush fit. I’m wondering what spacer thickness will get me flush fitment?
I don't know the exact answer. I have a g37xs with 18in 7.5 wide with 20mm spacers in front and 15 mm in the rear. It is not flush, still needs to be a bit wider. I am lowered on BC coils though. Needs about an inch or a little less to be flush.

is there a reason for the smaller spacers in the back? I was thinking about ordering 10 or 15 mm spacers, but I’m worried about rubbing or stuff like that if I go above that. Do you get any scrubbing?
Spacers behind the 17" base wheels is not some magic DIY bullet for fitment. And while looks are subjective, odds are your car will look pretty darn silly with 17s poked out at stock height. At a minimum, you'll be wanting 18" or 19" wheels, and you're going to want to lower the car somewhat, which leads to suspension considerations. It's a project that can quickly get out of hand and get quite expensive.
My advice is to table this idea until you get enough research and money behind the project to make it worthwhile. Not the advice you were looking for, but there it is.

Reason is I will be going with some 19 inch rays off of the older G35 and the rears are a little wider than the front, I will be putting these on after I purchase a set of tires. I don't get any rub. I might with the 19s. As Rochester said maybe just wait till you have the right set of wheels and the height you want before going with spacers.

I don’t really know what I’m doing so this advice is welcome. I will table the idea and start saving. I appreciate it
