What's wrong with the bolts in your picture? Do they not fit? Any bolts will do as long as they fit and you have matching nuts for the bolts.
Are they the right ones that fit where the two flanges meet? I was wondering if I could use my stock hardware that come in the stock cats and idk if they will fit
If the bolts in the picture are small enough to fit through the holes in the test pipes and large enough for the bolt head to cover the hole, then you should be good to go, You will need four bolts, 8 washers and four nuts for the lower flanges. The upper flanges will most likely need some additional hardware as well.
The upper bolts/studs where the flange connects to the header are a different thing altogether. You should really search this forum for "demon bolt" and watch a few youtube videos before jumping into this project....speaking from experience.

Not sure without the actual size. And I don't recall the size from when I installed mine (I bought a few handfuls from Lowes that looked like they would fit and kept the leftovers for future projects). I would suggest calling or emailing Concept Z customer service to confirm that these would fit for what you need.

I'm not sure how badly rusted your old hardware is, but chances are you will break one or two of those bolts/studs. Assuming you are able to remove them without breaking them, then you shouldn't have any issues reusing them. Personally, I would take the old hardware to your local parts store (AutoZone, O'Reilly, Napa, etc.) and show them the bolts, they should be able to find some matching ones for you (instead of buying online and waiting several days for them to arrive)

so not to bring this thread from the dead but I got all the hardware and now I'm not sure which type of gasket do I need like what I've seen is that where the cats meet the y pipe uses a smaller gasket than where the mid pipe meets the the y pipe . Which one is the correct one ?

Do you have the stock exhaust or an aftermarket cat back? Depending on what you have, the answer may be different. Your best bet is to figure out the inner diameter of the pipe and, again, go to a local parts store and ask for exhaust gaskets matching whatever diameter yours have. Or buy them online and just pay attention to the given measurements
