Item Condition: Used

I have two sets of test pipes, both made by tony at fast intentions and both covered by warranty. The single resonated test pipes have 5k miles on them and are in great condition. the double resonated test pipes are also in great condition with about 1k miles on them.

Dumb question, but are the double resonated test pipes the same thing as RHFC (resonated hi-flow cats)?
