Broken doors

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone here had a solution to both passenger and driver side doors not opening, I have 0 feed back in the handles on both sides. I’m guessing the wire snapped off. But since I cannot open the door from either side I cannot get the door open to take off the panel to look.

Pardon the obvious but it sounds like your car is simply locked. What year, what model, mechanical key, fob, or I-key?

I know it is not locked because I hear the locking mechanism working when I press the key. And I have a 2008 g35. (Figured I’d post it here because everything is basically the same between the 35 and 37). And yes I have a key fob

Actuators shot? Both at the same time though... not usually likely.

I guess my driver side door decided to work. Both doors have only broken in winter after the doors had frozen shut and had to be forced open.

Well...that helps narrow it down.

Maybe have someone take the inner panel off and inspect for broken parts or find where the water is getting in to allow freezing.

Try using some Silicon spray in the door locking mech(The latch part on the door) The issue is maybe your Mechs are freezing up due to the cold temps. I have had a few cars that have done this over the years especially worse when the temps went below zero.
