I recently got a G37 Journey Sedan RWD it looks great and is fast af but I CONSTANTLY spin out and lose traction when 1-Going through corners and 2-Speeding up with any kind of force, not even flooring it. Here’s the thing. I have stock rims with very nice all season tires that ARENT worn out.
i have VERY limited knowledge of the mechanics of cars but I do know there’s something wrong because when I make corners the back end kicks out and the wheels spin and the traction control light goes on. I used to have a Camaro v6 which I sold and bought this because it’s supposed to be faster which it is but it handles like absolute S***. I’ve called mechanics and tire shops to maybe get “wider” tires but idk if that will work. Les squab offered to “splice” my tires for me which I think is a load of BS.
ive been researching online and maybe could it be I need new sway bars? Are there parts that I need to upgrade to be able to actually make corners faster than 15mph? Please give me some ideas I’m sure someone will know what I should do. It’s a powerful car but obviously something is limiting me severely from enjoying it.

Well, for starters it's Japanese and most Japanese cars do not handle as well as European cars (sorry, not sorry). When I went from a BMW E39 to this, it felt like I jumped into a truck. Lots of power, but a 6/10 handling. I think you're asking too much from the car and just need to take it easy. I doubt the arms or any suspension components are the issue. Might be your tires.

I don't know what a grade A tire is. Manufacturer, model, size is more descriptive. If they're some POS tire you got at walmart, that might explain poor traction. Also, you don't specify your location, but it is winter and tires don't grip as well in the cold and take longer to warm up.
How is the tread on your current tires and are they Chinese/Mexican tires? Cheap tires will cause issues. If they are older than 3 yrs then they can cause issues. They make a huge difference. I’d recommend Yokohamas. Keep the factory size (225/55). And don’t be pushing this car on the corners too much, yes it has a lot of power. There’s a thin line of the grip you have when pushing boundaries.

I live in northern CA and it’s not ice that’s causing this, the vehicle does this when it’s dry af out and the wheels still spin like crazy. I was trying to race some guy in a mustang on a long straight road a few weeks ago and it had been dry for about 10 days and all it did was spin like crazy, until it finally made traction and then it wobbled and caught onto the road
