Angry suspension noise in passenger side front end annoying as hell

2011 G37xS 77K miles...car rides perfect on highway and streets driving straight. so I don't think its the struts or shocks. When I'm driving slow and the weight of the car is shifted more on the passenger side and I hit bumps it goes bumpbumpbump...or bumpbump, but not any other time really.
.Thinking wither sway bar end links or sway bar bushings or bushing in general...are the bushings replaceable on the lower control arm and upper control arm and what not ?? Just wondering what anyone might think or if this has happened to them ...its so annoying !!

Its probably the sway bar links. Maybe check them for play (best to kinda strike them with your palm or lightly with a rubber mallet to see if they clank).

Check for wheel bearing or ball joint/tie rod play too.

But...any recent work done to the car? Lug nuts torqued?

Any mods?

Got a cheap action cam you can mount down there to see if something is loose?

It’s your lucky day.... I had the EXACT same problem. Took me forever to figure it out after replacing my entire suspension chasing it. As soon as you said “weight shifting” and you describe the sound perfect “bumpbumpbump..bumpbump”. Your lower control arm is loose. Your welcome

lower control arm is loose?...so is that something I can just tighten up ?? Is that something that needs to be replaced in entirety or can I replace the bushings?

Was yours loose due to someone forgetting to tighten it? Or...did it come loose? And which bolt?

I don’t know if it was messed with or not, I’m a city guy, not a mechanic I have coilovers and replaced all the usual parts when you do that (upper control arms I think) or whatever you get when you do full camber kit. I don’t think lower control arms are messed with but could be wrong. But after I changed my coils (literally tossed my K1s for ****ty BCs chasing this problem), bushings, links, everything. It was still there! I brought it to a different shop for tires one day and when I pick it up guy goes (you had a little clunk and found your lower control was loose. Tightened it up and all good). Guy saved me and he didn’t even realize I had replaced my entire suspension chasing this problem.

If you don’t live in a condo like me, jack that ****er up, start shaking **** and start tighten bolts.

It wouldn't just come loose...
It would be really unusual.

Anyway, just check over a few things to see if anything clunks.

Just like Hugh Jorgens said it could be your sway bar end-links I have had it happen to me. I also had the same issue as sobeIPL where my passenger side lower control arm was loose. How? I will never know. I thought it might have been a shot bearing so I ordered a new lower control arm and as I was loosening the bolt I noticed it was not even on there tight. So I took an impact gun and tightened it and haven't heard a click since. Funny part is that when I did the 12 and 6 o'clock test there was no movement but there was movement at 3 and 9. Thought it might have been my tie rods but it wasn't, just the lower control arm that connects to the spindle. After tightening it, did the 3 and 9 movement and no more movement.

I made a post about it also.

Such a weird thing to occur. Any chance someone loosened it whilst doing the end link and then forgot to tighten it?

We’ll mine was loose and only changed links after chasing the fact it was loose. Does coils install require messing LCA?

Yes, coilovers attach to the LCA.
