Hotchkis swaybar bushings

My car sounds like an old boxspring on a honeymoon night and I believe it's coming from my front swaybar bushings. There is a space between the bushings and the bar and the Zerk fittings are broken off.
I don't have to remove the bar correct?
and can I do this with the car on ramps or do I have to unload the suspension?

There's two bushings, just do one at a time if you're concerned.

Some years ago I was convinced my rear sway bar bushings were shot, and I replaced them. Wasn't the source of the squeak, however. It was the rear shocks.

I sprayed some silicone lube in the gap between the front bushings and the bar and the noise is gone but I rather fix the issues. I think the bushings have been on for about 100K miles. I have about 170K on the car itself.

The Hotchkis bushing brackets have a grease zerk. A squirt of synthetic grease will fix them for a few years probably. If you didn’t install the zerks just loosen the brackets one at a time and get some grease inside there. The silicone spay may wash out relatively quickly.

The sway bars are old and the Zerk fittings are broken off. there is a significant gap between the front bushings and the bar so I rather just resolve the issue by replacing the fronts..

You can find Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings to replace the Hotchkis ones but I don’t know which part number you’d heed. They are durable and squeak less.

If you want a bit of an upgrade Hotchkis makes billet brackets that come with new bushings. Part #22441-BB. They're not cheap though. OR for MUCH cheaper you can buy a rebuild kit from Hotchkis Part #22441-RB.
