High Mileage Oil Change Question

I’m looking to change my oil with my G37 after having 200K+ miles on it, should I be putting 0w40 in it like I’ve seen some mention or keep putting M1 5w30 EP in it? I’m wanting to make this car atleast reach the 300K mark.

Use what's recommended. Any synthetic 5w-30 will do, I use Penzoil Platinum Plus and have for a long time. I also used Amsoil a few times but the high price was not worth it to me. There is no need to go to a different weight oil because of high mileage. My 2000 Nissan Maxima went 287k on the recommended 5w-30 and is still going after I sold it.
