I wish I had the messages the guy who was leading my claim sent me pretty much was treating me like crap because you used be an police officer said he would call my job to get me out of work just to meet me also going to my neighbors asking them how long my car been sitting and other stuff I'm like i pay you guys literally 764 dollars an month you would think they just fix it clearly i didnt hit anyone or get into an accident

 

thats unreal. Definitely try to gather some hard evidence to prove date and time of accident. If hes threatening get his boss involved becasue that is unacceptable of them.

 

I did all that I told his boss she kinda brushed it off as he trying do his job he would just show up to my house unexpected all type of stuff I have pics taking the day of the accident all that the first guy that came out to do the inspection and estimate read my computer so I honestly dont know what happened
