Thank you Elite extended Warranty!

So I installed the swift springs on my X two weeks ago.

While I was doing it, I accidentally made a hole on the driver side front cv boot.

Assuming it won't be covered by warranty because it was damaged during the modification installation, I was calling places to get an estimate to fix/replace the boot. The minimum I got was $200.

I even searched alot on myg37, most of guys said that it won't be covered or said something like just DYIng it after getting the stock boot kit.

So I went to dealership told them that the cv boot is torn, told them I would need to buy a cv boot kit.

An hour later, the adviser called me and said they will actually replace the whole driver side axle for me under warranty. Also told me they will replace the wheel bearing on the right side as well.
(I got 15 Q60 convertible as loaner! it was sweet)

I was so glad that it was covered with the warranty without any doubt.

Thank you inifniti and its awesome warranty!

I also have that warranty and they replaced my wheel bearing since it had some play on it, they did state to me since my aligment was a little off due to lowering it that it puts more stress on the wheel bearing and they replaced it for me. The warranty is working pretty well with me until now glad to hear it's working with you too

Wow, well I guess that makes 3 of us MyG37 people this week. Unfortunately I don't think mine will be covered under warranty as its a 2009.

To add to this a bit, the new CPO warranty eliminates the $50 deductible and includes a year of basic maintenance (2 oil changes).

Are these cars prone to wheel bearing + axle issues or am I reading something that isn't between the lines?
