It's not the front plate it's the rear. I did end up using zip ties but I'm going to install my sub soon and need a better way or its going to rattle like crazy
GnR FTMFW!
The guys played for 3 hours, 25 songs and one 10 minute Slash solo, just a kick as$ show, if anyone is in a place where they're still coming to town, it's a must see
Leather wrapped my steering wheel. Super happy how it turned out!
Being my first time took me almost 3 hours but I feel it was worth it.
Made several attempts at vinyl wrapping the scratched trim piece but still looks terrible. Used 3m brushed aluminium wrap but couldn't get the bubbles out next to the buttons. Have to live with it for a week need the car. Anyone having any tips for that area?
Probably going to have to settle for paint.

For small round bubbles you can use a small pin hole and push out the air, then run heat over it to reseal, but the wrinkled type bubbles would have to be pulled up & reapplied
That vinyl takes a bit of time to get a feel for what can & can't be done. I'd just give it another try, and don't do any hard tacking until you're happy w/ the placement and only use heat if you have to. Look like you got most of it to lay properly so you've got the skill.

Yeah, it was a great show, really great to see Axl, Slash, and Duff together again. Axls' voice was really good, much better than I expected.
Well, they'll be in L.A. in a couple days, but damn, you'll be in No.Cal
Thanks for the tip sir! I'll give it another shot using a syringe next day off. Also, tried 3 different shads of brushed aluminium and this was the closest I have found. Everything I've ordered has been to dark or to light. The last one being still to light but the closest by far. Any leads on something that more closely matches the interior trim?
