Pulled the rear shelf. (Thank you Rochester for the pics) since my car came with a spoiler from factory my third brake light was a dummy as in no led. So I bought a used on on ebay with red lens and swapped my clear lens to it. Thankfully the wiring harness was provided on the vehicle. So now I'm legal.
Why do this? I went wingless. Need to paint match the trunk at some point. Talking with robie jdmpartsninja he says the jdm v36 all come with the clear 3rd brake light so now I feel cool.

I put on my freshly refinished winter wheels today and also installed 2 little switches for traction control and AWD bypasses. I 3D printed a little thing to fit into the slot where the ashtray goes, so it's totally hidden.

Thought i was done, but the tire shop did an absolute **** job of balancing them, so now they need to come off AGAIN and get balanced....

Did I do something sometime? I mean, I painted my 3rd brake light a couple years ago... maybe that was it.

Welp... glad I could help.

That is the ignitor for the side curtain airbag. ALL SRS wiring connectors (module, airbag, sensors, etc.) are yellow. Dual stage airbags (mainly steering wheel and passenger airbags) have yellow and orange connectors.

Picked up a sport bumper and lip. Can't wait to get it all painted and installed.

This lip makes no sense though, look at these mounting points! Anyone know if there is an infiniti instruction pdf?

Drill and use 8mm clips? That's what I had to do for the 2010+ sport lip.

I guess, yeah. I'm trying to find any official documentation but there's nothing really. That's a shockingly bad design for an OEM part.

Rivnuts are your friend. Since I discovered them, it's like a Frank's Red Hot commercial — "I put that s#$t on everything"

Yeah rivnuts might work well for this, I just don't want to see anything sticking out though if I decide to remove the lip later

That looks like the correct lip for the 2007 - 2009 sport front bumper. When I installed mine years ago it came with detailed instructions and a hardware pack that included all of the hardware needed for the install. So, if you didn't get those with the lip then I would contact the dealer that you purchased it from and ask them for the instructions and hardware. I think I even posted a DIY over on the old G35Driver forum somewhere.

Well, I got mine used so no chance of getting dealer hardware lol. I was unable to find anything on G35 Driver, Do you happen to have any of those pics somewhere or remember how those middle things bolt up?
The outermost 2 look like they will line up with the stock undertray bolts though.
