They originally had the vinyl stickers.
Not to beat a dead horse, but below is the image that made me like the idea.

For some reason it works here with these wheels, in thin amber.

Yea, its the same as imitation butter, Kinda like I CANT BELIEVE THEY'RE NOT VOLKS

EDIT: I have no place in this convo because I couldn't care less to each their own... I'm just still pissed the deli didn't put butter on my toast this morning (True story)

Don’t think Hex cares either way, I was just stirring the pot.

On another note, looking forward to his airboxes and temp analysis. Hopefully he can find some similar running conditions to do an “accurate” comparison. I’m surprised at the difference his enlarged holes and guides made.

Honestly, Im shocked they made as much of a difference as they did. Wish I had a proper measurement device so I could measure temps all around the engine bay while driving. I have no idea how accurate my analysis was since there are so many variables like how high I revved the engine each time and stuff.

Wow... Never realized they changed this... But yeah, I definitely prefer the two-tone interior on the earlier models. Like mine.

That's funny! The one that Rochester posted is mine. I generally don;t like black wheels, got a ridiculous deal on this set and wanted to do something semi-subtle to make them pop on a plain colored car. Hence the burnt orange vinyl. I get a lot of compliments, but forgot about Volk's single spoke sticker. I guess life imitates art in this case. Lame or not
