What did you do to your Sedan today?
hmmm...I wonder if its the order then, I start with the crank, do the one to the right of it, skip the one at the top drivers side, then work towards the passenger side and finish with the one on the top drivers side lol anyways maybe next time I'll go through the bottom
Group buy is shipping to Toronto, so you would have to drive out here to pick stuff up. It close Feb 17 anyways. And the tuner is Tony, Im not sure what the company is called.
I'm sure could do it a lot faster next time
Lego, given the countless similarities between you and I, and given the amount of PITA effort you put into the belt... I'm thinking this is something I'm going to let someone else do.
You really need a build thread for all your projects, rants and successes.

I’m in sunny Toronto currently for work, jealous of all the grass I see and lack of snow..... let me know how your Tune goes as it is on my list. I have upper and lower manifolds that I purchased last year in my garage but am hesitant to install until I book a tune. Unfortunately I have to travel to Toronto or Montreal unless I go remote

I decided to push my OCI to 10K and used Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5W-30 with a Fram Ultra Guard Filter (not the orange can of death). The first thing I noticed is how it reduced the valve train ticking noise.

Annual tire ritual today. Normally I swap winter/summer sometime in march/april but it's been relatively warm here and no deep freezes in the coming future. There's always the other car if it should snow again.
At 31K miles also inspected the brakes. Lots of material left on the front and rear. Probably good for another 30-40K miles or more.

Although I didn't do anything to my sedan today besides drive to and from work I did read some things about the VR30DDTT and Z1's downpipes. Now I want to trade my G37 in for a silver sport.
The torque numbers are ridiculous that they can get out of that motor. Almost 500 ft-lbs and 420 rwhp with only downpipes, exhaust, and mild tune as a daily driver.

I didn't get that far. I only saw big numbers and started looking at autotrader. LOL.
Seriously though, my guess is that in another 2 years all the bugs will be worked out and then we'll be able to get a sweet lease trade in deal on a used '18 or '19. Also the tuners and guinea pigs will know what this motor/tranny combo can truly handle by then. I'll wait but I'll also sure be thinking about it a lot.
