LMAO that tireless wheel!! Hilarious. Glad you got paid man. Don't let these guys get to you. I slow down quite a bit more than you do for a stop sign but hardly ever to the point where I could comfortably put it in park, I doubt most of us could. Glad it all worked out buddy.

 

It looks like you are in Pennsylvania with is not a "pure contributory negligence" state that would bar recovery if you were found even partially at fault but it's good that no fault was attributed to you. Fighting insurance companies can be about as fun as a root canal.

Glad you and your girlfriend are okay but maybe you guys should take public transportation for a while until the Final Destination effect wears off.

BTW I always recommend dash cams and uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage to my clients.

P.S. I've dealt with insurance adjusters from all insurance companies and there are good ones and bad ones in all of them. State Farm and GEICO both have varying levels of socially well adjusted/inept adjusters.
