Noob Question: Did I put my engine cover back on right?
Definitely worth it if you have an automatic! This post explains what it does exactly in the Q/A section.

And this is the actual guide I followed:
https://www.myg37.com/forums/d-i-y-i...-your-own.html
It took me about an hr and a half to make the wires (while watching star wars, drinking a few beers, and taking my time) and maybe an hour for the actual install. Its pretty easy just take your time. I ended up paying about 65 bucks for all of my parts because I decided it would be a good time to invest in a heat gun and I also wire sleeved all my wires, soldered the terminals, and heatshrunk the terminals with the sleeves.
I got the wire sleeves from here (3/8"):
https://www.wirecare.com/products.asp?prodline=ptn
and the heatshrink tubing from there as well (5/8"):

Let me know if you have more questions.
Quick update though: So I think its actually my air intakes that are causing the cover to not sit all the way down but im ok with it, think the tube housing part is slightly bigger than stock because thats the only place where it feels really snug.
Also I havent had much time to take the resonators out unfortunately. Its looking like its a little more involved and need to take the intakes off and maybe a few more pieces to have the proper room to work with. Hopefully this weekend.
