EX35 and Coupe sound so much better than Sedan??
This is a total noob question and I'm sure it's just throatier mufflers on the two other vehicles... Few dumb questions:
1. Can I replace sedan mufflers for the coupe's or EX35's by simply welding them on?
2. Does the coupe have 1 muffler or 2?
3. Does EX35 have one muffler or 2?
4. Which exhaust set up gives a sedan an exhaust note similar to a Z?
I just can't stand the tame sound of the sedan

Well the coupe (Z &G) both have a single canister axle back (muffler) where the G sedan has two. That in addition to having less distance to travel through the pipes will give them a louder sound over the sedan.
In terms of putting the coupe exhaust on a sedan, anything can be done with the right budget, but I would venture to say it wouldn't be worth the time or the money. Just buy an aftermarket exhaust. If you're looking for something that sounds good but isn't loud I would recommend Fast Intentions with 18" resonators. Or even if you just swapped out your cats with Fast Intentions resonated high flow cars you should be just about there.
Hopefully this helped some.

3. The EX and FX line also uses a single canister set-up like the G coupe. Two exhaust pipes enter the canisters backside, then the tail pipe exits either side. This wouldn't be ideal for trying to adapt into a sedan. I'm with '11G37S, aftermarket is best.
