Check this Sedan out
People without Bags should do research before Putting Down Cars with Bags! Not all Bag kit's are made for Comfy Limo Ride! I have a full AirRex Bag kit on my G! I went thorugh all stages of drops. Eibach Springs. then to Coil-overs. now with Bags. And it Handles just as good as Coilovers! feels like it too. AirRex is Proven and tested on Race tracks in SCCA style or Road course races! So it' not a crappy made Cushy riding kit! I never regret going to bags! It's rides and feels great..can make it soft to really firm. and speedbumps and Steep driveways are no longer a threat! just Air Up..THen back down via Remote! I'm spoiled now!
I know other Bag kits which are crap...so there is still an assumption that bags are crappy riding etc...etc...just wanted to give you an FYI...not all bags ride and perform the same! Carry on.....

Agreed, quad tips look better than I would have thought.
Can't stand bagged cars, though. It's not only juvenile, it's played, and it's not only a looks mod, it's one that is less optimum than stock for performance. Same as absurd rims with sliver sidewall tires. Go to an autocross or basically ANY racing event and look around for cars with 1" sidewalls.

Its not about being "cool"....
Ones taste in what they consider appeasing to the eye is subjective. And with that said everyone has an opinion...
The owner of that G envisions his/her ride looking a certain way. And they do their best with money/time to make it happen, so "they're" happy.
You don't need to think its cool.
You could expand upon what you don't like specifically about the car though.
One thing that unites all of us is our passion for our cars. Whether you just have your ride stock and keep it mint, or debadge your ride and change out your fogs for a different look, to super charging your G and throwing a body kit on it... were all the same... and all here for a few reasons; knowledge and the community.

Well said Mezz^^
IMO it would help whenever anyone w/ a bagged G would post pics of their G at normal drive height too. Only posting pics when fully lowered doesn't really show how nice a bagged G looks when going down the road.

I think (in the Sedan forum at least) there's just a basic misunderstanding, or straight up unfamiliarity, with a bagged suspension. I admit to ignorance on the topic, but understand enough to know these bagged cars dropped to the pavement are mostly done so for pictures. It's not as if they're driving around like that. There's way too much money poured into the car to rip it up on normal streets.
Just like solidsilver here, my first reaction to seeing a car dropped to the pavement... it's not a good one. Preconceptions are a hard thing to shake.
IMO, that's a beautiful Sedan. I love the look of the silver splitter and side extensions. And particularly like that gentle red line in the side skirts. Very appealing stuff.

I think what bothers me about many mods - the visible, "cosmetic" ones at any rate - is that so many of them look arbitrary and tacked on. Maybe it has something to do with the quality of the materials, or how skillfully the components have been installed, I dunno..........I guess certain things just look "right" to me, and others don't. But I know it's all subjective. (And by the way, thanks for the responses)
Well said^^
It's kind of like the current Q50 Sedan, I just don't get it, I thought the look would grow on me over time but any time I see one I still don't get it
And like I said earlier, if you saw just the pic of the bagged G at driving height you might have a whole different feel for it.

I like it. I think it works for the most part.
It looks like the rear camber isn't all crazy like most of the bagged cars I see.
I get the comments about the grill, tint and rear defuser.
I'm sitting bone stock on my leased '15 Q40.

Very possible. (Looking back at the image, it reminded me that I was probably just about as close to the ground myself during all the times I've gotten "bagged" over the years - I just never knew what the hell it meant as far as cars were concerned).
