Navigation Update

I wanted to know where/how you guys go about updating your Navigation system. I recently bought a 2010 G37x - the navigation system has not been updated. It's not terribly out-dated, but I will be moving soon. Thanks in advance.

I apologize if this isn't thread isn't started in the right place.

Mine is an 07 and I haven't updated it since. Never had any issues with it not finding roads or anything.

I have a Garmin that has lifetime map updates and I find it more useful. Updating the navigation in our car is more expensive than a Garmin with lifetime updates.

I got a 10" G37. And I got the map update from Navteq. Its currently $179.99. I got mine for $129.99 when they did a sale for the 2014 map release back in December.

if you are moving to an entirely new area you might be surprised by the maps.

all auto manufactures maps vary by location.

i would see how you like the maps in your new area first.
