Lol sorry guys...really do appreciate the kind words. As Rochester mentions....have been at it since 7am thins morning. Extremely beat and fingers hurt typing this. Have to take next weekend to hopefully finish the rest. Only thing staying on the old G is the springs and GTR tails, so indeed a ton of stuff to uninstall just to reinstall...really do see just how much has been added over the years.

I'm going to be reading up on the 6mt mods as this extremely stiff clutch is uneasing already and something needs to be changed ASAP!! Going to get some pics up asap but I feel like a little kid....

RJM Clutch Pedal replacement. You'll hear it a few more times probably.

Any of you guys have your stock plastic engine splash guard laying around? Before I buy, I figured I'd ask one of you guys who upgraded to the alum.

Indeed it does, having the whole car checked over at local dealer Wed. My service guy knows me so well that when I told him what I bought he already said they will check out the CSC to bring it in.

I haven't noticed anything leaking out on the fronts, but I also haven't adjusted them in over a year.

I've only adjusted the rears once and didn't see anything leaking, but it would have been virtually impossible to see since I didn't remove them.

I had a rear wheel off the other day--nail in the tire--and actually inspected for leaks and couldn't find anything. A little grime, but nothing to indicate the shock body was leaking. That's only one side though.

I'd call Koni if you think they're leaking. Lifetime warranty
Yes, I'm referring to the front shocks. I added a full turn of twist to them last week and both fronts leaked a little bit of oil from the adjustment screw-- like maybe a tear drop or two.

Rears are completely fine. I inspected them pretty thoroughly when we dropped them out last week.

I'm seeing no leaks whatsoever on body so that's good. I'm still on stock springs and the ride is remarkably good. Very firm but not rough.

Congrats on the new ride Sacs! What was the reasoning for picking up the 6MT other than the obvious 3rd pedal? You keeping your '10?

In other news, I changed my brake pads over the weekend. I'll post a full review because I think there's enough detail there that it deserves it's own thread. I will say that I am exceptionally pleased with the new pads and the quality of my rotors.

Well there was little more to it than just the 3rd pedal although that truly was the main driver. My brother actually bought the 2010 so glad to know that its staying in the family.

Also what pads did you with? Anxious to see your review

Not really. Some people don't want a modded up car.

Not really....he's 23 and can't afford to drop thousands of dollars off hand. So he can start slowly as time progresses....just like the majority do. Best part is he knows the entire history of the car, maintenance that was performed as well ad the care. In do time he'll mod it to his liking and not mine....plus I'm not going to pay again for all my mods
