That giant S is weird. Logo is too high having debadged the letters. Burnt exhaust tips on a sedan sticking way out from the bumper. Are those the standard calipers painted red?

I don't get it, man.

That's exactly the conclusion I've come to. Couldn't have said it better. Getting FI's cats resonated future proofs against rasp for whatever CBE that eventually goes on the car.

I wrote Lance this morning, and he replied almost instantly with details. Not too shabby.

A Group buy needs at least 5 people for the exact same part, for only a $20 savings. I don't think we can scrape together five people in the next few days. Not worth $20 to me. I'm ordering on Thursday.

My S is contentious, but I like it. I've done enough to this car that it's worthy of an s above the stock S. We're all allowed some rice in our lives, imo

I do think I'm going to move the mt. fuji down, that's a good call.

Akebono's are painted matte red.

I definitely do need to mask the tips a bit - I'm thinking the ax diffuser, and spats. With the top speed...there's no easy adjustment to move those back.

I like the matte red so much better than the typical gloss. Good choice.

Damn, that's a big garage.

Awesome, Lance is a great guy. I met him when he flew out to Calif for his FI trip.

So that he get's the best deal possible by going with Lance for his HFC's!

Reason I got them is because I know for a fact they pass smog out here in Cali. My buddy has been running his on his 350Z for 10 years and he never failed a smog test. Didn't really do any other research on HFC's at the time either but like I said I have no nasty rasp issues and my exhaust note is fawking sick!

Thanks for the info but the guys on my team have been working with him on deals for FI for quite a while now. Appreciate the offer!

I'm not here to argue with what's better and what isn't. I never once said or eluded to the fact that FI HFC's produced rasp so why you're firing back at me like that I don't know?

He didn't. His reply was to GFN. No one is arguing. We're all on good terms in this thread.

So... Who else is getting car parts for Xmas?

Thank you for clarifying that Rochester but I he did throw in the whole dozen or so people that have gotten rid of their Kinetix so that my friend was a jab at me. Please post up the links to those threads from members that have gotten rid of their Kinetix because of rasp issues aktif8. Better yet PM me those so this doesn't become a debate threat. Thanks

No Car parts here for Christmas! My Work wheels are my Christmas present to me
