Yes Infiniti, please more teasers and less products, that's exactly how you build a brand.
I hear contradicting exhaust notes in that video. Somewhat N/A sounding in the beginning then a hint of BOV's towards the end.

Sounds like the 3.8 in the GTR, but to speculate further with sams point of differing sounds I think that there are actually different sounds from different engines. At startup it sounds like a V8, and the up and down sprint sounds like a standard 3.7 with a bigger exhaust and then leading to something with a turbo which is probably what they settled on. I got excited just listening to the thing hey who wouldnt mind a 545hp GTR engine in their car. Probably at the same price point as well

I thought they've been quoted as saying its a completely new *to Infiniti* drivetrain.
And I cant see them making it an Infiniti GT-R and charging the same price as a GT-R. Surely the Infiniti nameplate lets them charge more than that for it, which I think is just nuts.....$90-100K for a Q50?

I think it would be around 60-70k in the M3's price range. Maybe if they had an Q70 (M56S) F1 edition, it would cost around 90-100.
This Q50 is made to compete with M3 so I don't think itll go over 70k.

I was at a dealership last night talking to the finance manager. I asked if he thought it was going to get to production and he said an Infinit Rep from Corporate was at their dealership the other day and he said he thought it was likely that this WOULD go to production. But who knows. Excited for Geneva. It's time for Infiniti to make a statement.
