Is this a good deal? All parts are OEM and directly from Infiniti. Those are my "cost" on that

 

That sounds about right, the front spoiler is pretty high but it seems they recently had a big price increase on those. Just be sure you get the right rear spoiler (with or without camera depending on your pkg.)
All those parts are easy to install yourself so that should save a bundle

 

Keep searching. You can do better. Try orderinfinitiparts.com or infinitipartsusa or infinitipartsonline. I'm in Canada as well and have done really well shipping just south of the border to a shipping depot and then picking up the items. Just keep each trip to under $300 and you won't be stopped for taxes. Or go down for 2 days and you're set. Tons of guys around here order from the US.

I know this is a controversial suggestion, but if that midnight black grill is $300, why not plasti dip that thing? $6 for a can at Lowes, and if you don't like it, remove it with a little elbow grease

 

In this case, you get exactly what you pay for, so you answered your own question.

OP, take the grille to a professional body shop. They'll turn it into a perfectly matched Midnight Grille for $100 give or take, and BAM! you just saved $200. A savings, BTW, that you can then apply to those notoriously outrageous Canadian shipping costs.

 

+2. On the front of the car you need a very durable finish, since you have to clean it on a regular basis. A shop will use adhesion promoter and the finished product will be more durable than plasti-cote.

 

Thanks for this suggestion. A few weeks ago I bought a 2011 certified pre-owned from a Dallas dealer. Any chance my having this done at a body shop could be used as an excuse later for the dealer to not honor my warranty? I'm concerned that if the car develops an expensive problem while covered they may go looking for an excuse to say I voided my warranty.

 

OOOHHHH I am jealous - you got the Blue Slate. I spent months following the pre-owned G37 inventory at my nearest dealer and wanted that color very much but my previous car was on its last leg (19 years old) and a couple of weekends ago decided to not wait any longer and bought a Platinum one.

 

Are you asking if painting the grille could void the car's warranty? Because that's kind of an odd question.

So while I say with much confidence that no, it won't, the best answer is to read your warranty.
