Please stay on topic and give only constructive comments. No one asked for an analysis of who's fault it is. You're not in a position to decide, especially when you were not there and do not have all the facts. And no one deserves to be in a coma even if he/she is at fault.

Nobody said anyone deserves to be in a coma because they're at fault. I'm just trying to get people to be aware of safer driving habits, and to also check tires so it is less likely that you will lose control on a wet highway. I work at a hospital and I see this happen quite often because of some serious mistake in someone's driving habits. Car accident victims are one of the worst cases I see.

OP, I hope everything will be okay and best of luck to your family. I'm sure he is getting the best medical treatment there is.

Yea my friends car was hit in back front & sides no airbags deployed.
Over 16k in damages, & when I said I don't understand how the airbags didnt deploy, I got crap for it.

Hope everything turns out ok, sounds like you have a claim against the manufacturer, possibly the dealer that sold the car.

I've personally been in two major accidents and never has an airbag deployed. I would still take the incident up with Infiniti Corporate but don't expect to get anywhere far without your own expensive independent investigation.
