I will be painting my canisters, not sure if I will go gloss black, or flat black, input?

Thanks for those that have helped
I think I'd go flat black mainly because flat paint tends to bond better than gloss on shinier surfaces. And I'd paint all the way up the back end of the tip leaving just the large cylinder unpainted. I just painted the cans and left the whole tip all the way to the can weld unpainted and it would look best if I went w/ what I just described. Look forward to seeing pics when you get it done (and also your review). At $420 that's a real nice price

From this pic you'll see what I mean, instead of leaving the whole tip from where it's welded to the can all the way to the end unpainted I'd paint from the weld up to where the tip makes it's final angle and flattens (leaving the large diameter unpainted (about the last 5" of the tip). Hope that makes sense.

The diameter of the stock mid-pipe and axle back looks smaller than the 2.25 inches that many assume. The Invidia Q300 is about 2.36 inches in diameter and it would visibly look alot larger than this...

No wonder Stillen dnyo'd their 2.5 inch Cat-back at 18hp on the G Coupe/Sedan and 370Z. I'm guessing Infiniti went with the really small diameter stock setup to keep NVH low.

When I bought my car three years ago, the folks on Infiniti forums recommended Nissan Murano cast-offs for a slightly louder and lighter exhaust. Any thoughts from this gallery?
