I can't believe they didn't direct inject the engine to get more compression and torque while getting better gas mileage. Not DI, No turbo, No DCT.....wow bye bye infiniti

I see a future BMW or Audi for me.
Same with me, I'm pretty disappointed.

Sucks the same damn engine yet again.

And it's over. In summary...

"We're going after Lexus, which means we no longer care about the enthusiast market. Too bad for you. Suck it."

Watching the live reveal, seems they focused most on technology more than engine/performance

am I the only one who likes this car?

the 2007 G35 had a 3.5 engine but it was updated.
The Q50 may do the same with the 3.7.

Manual / auto is not a deal breaker to me. I can do either.
I don't track/race my car. I drive it to work and drive my clients around when needed.

I like the new interior and the info-tainment looks nice.

I'll be checking one out with they are available.

Don't tell me to suck it...you suck it.

But ya...glad I have a low mileage '09 to enjoy for a while....then I fear it will be good bye to Nissan/Infiniti. Unless I can get a great deal on a godzirra.

Shifter? Yes, actually. I do like the feel of the Audi stick.

Clutch? No. The Audi clutch pedal is sissy weak.

Don't hate on the messenger... I'm just paraphrasing the Infiniti marketing strategy. And it don't include you anymore, buddy.

In fact, looking at your sig list, it really, really doesn't include you anymore. LOL.

I like it. I would definitely consider buying one. Of course those who are more performance oriented will not like it.

Keep in mind, whenever anything new comes along there are always those who aren't happy at first. Then it will grow on them and be on board.

They are answering questions:

"Infiniti @Anenoso: We chose to not offer a manual for the new Infiniti Q50. It will, however, continue for the 2014 In"

WTH, it cut off, what does that mean? MT coming back in 2014?

Probably meant to say "It will, however, continue for the 2014 Infiniti Q60"
