I wouldn't worry. The Q60 will look nothing like those 2 atrociously bad photoshops.

If it doesn't come with manual, it's going to be a no go. And no other company has a decent sport sedan in that price range.

You get used to the electrical steering feel (or lack of it). It's still very precise, there just isn't much feedback and there's a somewhat artificial feel to the weight of the steering. I prefer good hydraulic steering like I said, but there's less and less of that to be found these days.

Cars feeling heavy is another common problem these days - they have indeed been getting heavier for the most part... Similarly, visibility keeps getting worse.

On the other hand, engines and automatic transmissions have been getting better, and also headlights

My dream ride is still an e9x M3.... That chassis speaks to my soul. Depending on various factors, i might be driving one of those instead once my lease is up. Undecided.

It has pros and cons. Great handling, engine sound, and impressive-looking exterior. However, not the best low-end torque, and too much of a gas guzzler. Also, the interior is very unimpressive for the price.

It is the last of its kind, though... The new F8X M3/M4 will be totally different beasts - turbo I6, electrical steering, etc.

I was considering the E92 M3 when I bought my S5, but thought the S5 was better overall (not in every area, but when looking at the whole picture based on my use of the car and preferences).

I almost waited for the Q50, but figured that Infiniti will still not match or exceed BMW/Audi. I hope I was wrong because I would like to see another strong competitor in this segment - more choices for my next car...

Anyone else notice that indicator just to the left of the clock in the GPS display? Like a car with antenna? In vehicle wifi perhaps?

I wonder if the Q50 still has hydraulic power steering.
The biggest fear is the rumor that the Q50 would get steering-by-wire which is one step further beyond those numb electric steering. All feedback will be artificially reproduced as there're no mechanical connections at all to the front wheels.

Its possible, especially since the car seems to have apps, like Pandora.

Looks like 3/4G signal strength bar when a cell phone is connected.

I know when my phone is connected to my car it shows the bars, but it would have to have some sort of internet connection in order to run Pandora, obviously, but I hope its not like Audi that has T-Mobile and charges $30 a month for it, although with Audi you can at least make it into a hotspot. I'm not entirely sure how the internet connections work in cars, haven't really researched it very much.

To clarify, Here is what I think, from left to right.

Cellphone battery indicator
Cellphone signal indicator
Vehicle hotspot/cellular connection signal indicator

I have a feeling it is the vehicle internet connection. If Infiniti wants to stay current in the game with their competitors then they should have it as an option. But in all honesty I've never quite understood why someone would pay for the internet for their cars when they have a smart phone that does the same thing already and you're already paying for that. Especially when you have Bluetooth streaming capabilities.

It seems that engineers haven't yet figured out how to reproduce natural steering feel even with just electrical power assist, so steer-by-wire is probably even further from feeling natural... They may get at least close at some point, but it will take many iterations. I hope the Q50 will still be hydraulic!
