2012 g37x front plate options

Hello everyone! I just bought my 2012 g37x sedan and picked it up Monday. The car dealership I bought it from was nice enough to not drill holes in my front bumper because I wanted to keep a clean look. I was going to buy a Stillen front plate bracket but they don't have one or the 2012!! Can anyone help me with my options? I want to get something before I get pulled over for no plate. I have searched and read a few threads on this topic and none address the 2012 g37x!! Help please! Thanks

Front plates suck and are stupid. Wise up police, anybody ever try to evade you by driving backwards?

You do realize Police do not make the laws...they only uphold them.

State government puts laws in place...

I believe the best option for you would be to move to a state which does not require a front plate. They really do trash the clean lines of the car.

OP, if you come to the point where you're resigned to following your state laws with a front plate, check with your DMV on whether or not you can have a plate cover. Some states allow it, some only allow it for off-road. Either way, you can dress that plate with a clean frame and bolts. I'm liking the VMS fender washers, myself. And if the color of your state's plate is an issue, many states offer alternative designs with specialty plates. That might help make things more palatable, too.

Personally, I don't think front plates detract all that much when every other car on the road has them. It just is what it is, so might as well make the best of it.

Good luck. Not an answer exactly, but not snarky advice either.

Does it stick way off your bumper? I have seen some pics of this part number bracket sticking past the bumper by a few inches. Could you snap a pic by any chance? you have the sedan right?

+1 - I had a 370z prior to my G coupe and the Stillen one fits the same. the 370z was a 2010.
