Buying a new g37x sedan! need some opinions!

I've decided that I'm going to trade in my old g35 and finally upgrade to the g37x sedan. I can't seem to find any picture or see any models with the LED daytime lights that Infiniti offers, so I was wondering if anyone knew if they looked good and were worth getting?

Also, what color schemes look best? I can't seem to decide

Thanks!

The LED's are crazy expensive ($500-$600) plus another $300 or more for installation I've seen. Might be able to work in a deal for the cost of the LED's with install included during purchase. Supposedly they're somewhat difficult to install and involve removing a lot of parts, not impossible to DIY, but would definitely be a project.

As far as color that's your choice obviously. If you've going for a theme, I think white cars with black accents (tint, grille, smoked lights) are my favorite. I got the graphite color because they had a special deal on it to move it and it came with a lot of extras, plus it was $1800 less than the white one. In the end I like the graphite a lot, doesn't show the scratches as badly as black, but looks great cleaned up.

Interior black doesn't show wear as easily, have heard some complain about the lighter colors getting discolored by jeans as well. Black is hotter though in the summer.

^IMO Infiniti did a pretty poor job integrating those LED DRLs into the bumper (esp on the sport) ... looks like a lazy afterthought.

I was going to say the same thing. I think they're over priced and don't even look that great..... Hopefully they'll be a lot better on the re-design

I thought the 997 LEDs were bad, then I saw the G......

Agree. I would rather have none than that poor execution.

For the price they charge for these I agree, the fit is not as good as it should be. I'd prefer sending them off to a place like 180 customs to do the ironman led's over these IMO.

hmm, thread is a little old, but still not good to see the responses on it. I wish there was a local place who could do mine, it'd be hard to justify taking off a few days of work waiting for the headlights to ship out/get modified/shipped back.

Nowadays, that DRL LED stuff should be standard, not optional.
