It's not that complicated... you've given up equity for convenience. Not that there's anything wrong with that, it's a personal choice. I've leased a few times myself. But let's not pretend repeated leasing has anything to do with affordability.

I see why so many people were talking about the sports seat. I'm still getting use to it. So far so good. Defiantly the sports model reduces the body roll and the seat keeps your body in place. My 2009 Journey sedan was little soft comparing to new 2012 Journey sports sedan. Not sure why but the steering is much lighter than my old car.
