I'm surprised how decent that actually looks for a roll up lip like that. How long did it take you to get it all lined up and on there nice?
Not even 25 minutes. youtube helped a bit. I cut it at points when my bumper wasn't straight and the fake CF gives it a nice color actually. Look much better than the black foam one that's popular now imo.
Wow, that actually looks not half bad. I've always intended to get a lip for the sport bumper I bought earlier this year, but the driveway to my parking lot at work always makes me put it off.. I don't know if I'd be able to cope if I ripped it off within a few months of owning it. Makes me possibly want to try the tape. For $25, it can't hurt.
Also, my car just hit 100K yesterday and I was filled with a mix of excitement, nostalgia, and kind of sadness. Is my car old now?? It's basically 10 years/ 100k miles.
Here's a quick pic I took after the gym the other day, I walked back and everyone around me had left since it was around closing time haha. I really need to get a tint though..
I was actually the one that mentioned that. That chrome finisher is not really designed to be removed since the rear camera and trunk button mount to it. One of my first mods was to have that chrome piece painted to match the body. I've now since had no less than 5 different spoilers on the car and finally ended up with a custom molded trunk lid, so no more chrome piece ever for me!
Hahaha. I think C1utchh is just confusing the two old men on the forum.
