Looking at the inconsistent gap front to rear, it's a safe bet he's using lowering springs. Still, fine stance, aggressive wheels, and a good looking car.
Anybody else notice an increase in 6MT Sedan members over the last year? I'm thinking because these cars and ending up in younger enthusiasts hands, although that's a pretty relative comment.

Looks like eibach if its springs, swifts give an even gap all around. Few people around me on eibach and look very similar. And there has definitely been an increase in 6mt sedans making their way onto the forums. More true enthusiasts are hunting them down and this is the best place to go for any and all info.
Seems like more of the younger crowd CAN'T drive manuals.
I taught my son and my daughter to drive them. I bought their 1st cars and that was a prerequisite. Makes them concentrate more, and none of their friends can drive their cars.
Only on the AWD Sedan, hexotic. On the RWD, there's an uneven gap front to rear.
With the RWD lowering springs, the drop is even, but the gap isn't, which is exactly the way things are from the factory.

LOL, good point. I've zero plans to teach my 17 year old how to drive a stick, because she's so freaking paranoid about driving. But when my 13 year old comes of age, pretty sure she can deal with it. Kind of looking forward to that.

I learned how to dive in a 1985 bmw, didnt touch an automatic car till I was 19 haha. Now I kind of prefer AT just because of the nature of my daily drive. If I had a weekend warrior car though, absolutely a manual. Although I havent driven stick in over 7 years, might be pretty rusty at this point.

But there has been an influx of 6MTs lately
I did a search of 300 miles around nyc and only 2 manuals came up. My last 3 cars were manual but I'm giving up my search and overpayign for manual and will return to the boring automatic side.

I had found two really nice G's when searching a few months back that were in my price range and mileage range but the caveat was that they were manuals and my wife asked that I not get a manual since she can't drive one (irony). My previous car was a WRX. It was wonderful that she could never drive it! I'm actually enjoying the auto transmission in the G37 though.

Don't do it. It's worth the wait. I searched the entire country for about 6 months for mine.
I waited and searched for 7 months in 2015 for my car. Found an 09 silver 6sp with 46k miles in jan 2016. Loved it but it was missing a few things I didn't know I wanted at the time. Happened to find a 2nd 6sp 2013 model less than 7 weeks later so traded in the 09. I can't imagine owning an auto in this car. Would be so boring. I drove one with paddles even and no thank you.
I've been looking through pages and pages of pictures, I can't seem to find one red sedan. I'm in looking to buy a 09 G37xS it's red and I'm trying to get some ideas on what I can do. I will say... there are a ton of killer looking G's in this thread, I can see my wallet getting thin quickly.

Welcome to the site, check Zahys' great Red Sedan, unfortunately he just had a serious rear end collision so it's doubtful that it will be back, but enjoy all the great stuff here~ https://www.myg37.com/forums/build-t...37x-sedan.html

Thanks blnewt! I have a feeling I'll be hanging around a lot asking the same newbie questions that everyone else has, although the G I'm looking at already has Stillen Exhaust so that's a plus.
