Ironically 20% all around is max for cars but there is no limit for truck/SUV rear windows. Had 5% on my tundra crewmax. I made a deal for all cash with the shop owner relieving him of all responsibility. It's only 5% darker than legal and doing the front only again is only $100 so risked it

I have the same mods + a Z1 tune and recently dyno'd at 295 whp and 243 wtq, but that seems a little low to me given that the guys over at Z1 Motorsports are getting roughly 330 whp out of these motors with similar mods. I attributed that to my high mileage (just hit 191,000) but maybe Z1's dyno just reads high then.

The wrap looks good in the photo, how is it to the eye close up?

Lots of springtime plans... time to move this work into your own Build Thread.

Yeah I love the dark look to it, I think im going for 30% all around so I have some wiggle room w/o having to worry about the off chance a cop is bored on the interstate one day. Actually here in NC they have been cracking down on speeding over the past few weeks...I've had to restrain my lead foot.

Well mines an AWD so it will be slower then RWD plus I am looking into motordyne art pipes but I really don't know how the rasp and drone will be.

It was a bit more shiny than I hoped for when I first saw it, particularly on the grill. but after seeing it a few times, it now seems to blend well and match pretty well. there are 2 spots on the grill where the wrap bubbles a tiny bit due to rock chips but unless you're looking for it, you wouldn't know......

as for my own build thread, I blew my whole load on the first batch of parts that are starting to trickle in (aside from Sways and a custom shift ****) so after this initial batch of stuff, there won't be any updates so probably just post an "after" photo.

Keep me in the loop. I'm probably only 2.5 or 3 hours away.

Unless it's just an NJ thing. And no Maryland usurpers are allowed.
