Was involved in a bad motorcycle accident back in August so haven't been on the forum for awhile. Here are some recent pictures.
Looking nice!!
Sorry to hear about your bike wreck, I was in a bad one back in the 80s so I know somewhat what you're going through. Hope no long term injuries came your way (or anyone else that was involved).
G/L
Yes I certainly agree haha, just took the pic today an hour ago, my roofline is as low as my co workers jeep's mirrors which is by the way a brand new 2016 Rubicon hard rock edition MT as well
I actually got trapped under an 18 wheeler for about an hour before they could get me out. Broken femur, tibia, wrist, nose, some other bones in my face, and I also have some pretty gnarly skin grafts. I was wearing gear which 100% saved my life. I was in shock trama for a little over a month then rehab. With everything I went through I have no complaints at all with where I am at now.

Lost a good friend of mine to a bike accident, he was only 18. Glad you made it out! I think motorcycles are awesome but it's not really a matter of IF you'll crash, more of a when.

Hey, I broke my femur in my wreck too, still have the rod in there but doesn't set off the alarms at the airport anymore, lol. Sounds like you really went through the ringer, glad you came through it, but have some war stories to tell.

Holy cow, glad you're okay!! Did it put you off from riding?

Bikes can be very dangerous things. I raced motocross for years back in the 80's, but after WAY too many broken bones my parents finally talked me into stopping riding. I started racing go karts after that and eventually bought an Eclipse GSX back in 1991 and raced some SCCA and IDRC with that.
If I were to suggest something I would go w/ painting the grille (not Fuji) black to match the rest of the black trim you have gone w/. Also doing the front lights would be on my list if I were you eventually if you already have blacked out the tails and trim.
