It's pretty basic, just center it up, place down some 3m painters tape on the trunk where the edges of the spoiler lay then measure back for the two trunk holes to drill. It uses some of the bolts for the existing lip chrome spoiler so you have a solid reference point.

It would be nice if they also have the OEM front chin spoiler for cheap.

I've seen the template (the pic of the template) that goes along the outside of the trunk. They make those templates very exact so it's very easy on the installer (usually an Infiniti dealer). I've done a fair amount of fabrication and although it will be a bit more time consuming it won't be too bad. I've already got the process I'm going to use so when I get it all done I'll detail it in a DIY so others can take advantage of this great Ebay deal. It'll probably take a couple weeks for them to get my package back and for me to receive my correct black spoiler, but for the 200-300 bucks you'll save it'll be worth the wait
Here's a thread over on G35driver w/ pics of this spoiler (bought from same Ebay seller) the silver G (member PRIME G35X).

As far as working w/ the backup camera, I was in a hurry to get it shipped back so I didn't notice if there's a factory knockout in the inside of the spoiler or even if the trunk button bracket (which is also included) would also hold the backup camera). When I get the new one back I'll check it out.

I received my spoiler today. It is an OEM spoiler and the paint was perfect. It only comes with a bracket. Shouldn't be too hard to install it. Don't see why everybody is so scared to do it without template.

I'm getting it painted ivory pearl as I speak and I will post pictures after that.

Yep, these spoilers are the real Nissan factory item, and the paint finish is perfect. My black spoiler was shipped out yesterday, should have it Friday so I hope to install it over the weekend. They were very quick to re-ship the spoiler after I returned the blue one. If anyone is on the fence about this I'd jump on this deal. Your saving about $275 for just a few bolts and a template.

I WILL get that DIY up when I get it together for those that want to wait. Not sure how long these will be around for that price though

^ the vendor doesn't sell this spoiler in IP so he's having it painted.
They have it available in BLUE SLATE, OBSIDIAN BLACK, LAKESHORE SLATE and MOONLIGHT WHITE

Those are extra expensive, I think going through an Infiniti part source the regular spoilers are about $300, the one's w/ camera access are like $475

Dunno where you guys been looking, but they range from 247 to 330 here, depending on color:

Discount Infiniti Parts | Genuine, OEM Infiniti Parts | Infiniti Accessories | Huge Instock Inventory

Makes me wonder how $330 (the one I need) can be called a discount when you consider they are also being sold online for $55 (non camera).

Well the "regular" price is $300 for the non-nav, I have seen the nav spoilers in the $450ish range. I think I'll be happy w/ the same spoiler minus 5 bucks in fasteners shipped for $75
