What about the newer spineless wipers. I wonder if those would work better.

I've had the same set of Bosch Icons on for almost 3 years now and they still work just as good as day one.

Hey Guys: try cleaning the wiper blades with denatured alcohol. It can sometimes work a little magic. If the blades have truly deteriorated, the alcohol won't fix that, BUT if they are only oxidized / dirty, wipe it down with a rag a few times and you will see a difference. Also, I find that using car washes with wax affects the performance of the wiper blades on the windshields. More than I can remember, but heck, I'm Old now LOL.....

Hey guys, how in the heck do I know which size J-hook I have. I have a 2010 G37 Coupe and have just bought some Rain-X Latitude Wipers from Walmart just like the original poster. It talks about small j-hooks (9x3) and large j-hooks (9x4). I can use either adapter and the blades will lock so I don't know whether use the small j-hook adapter or the universal j-hook adapter.

I've always been a faithful fan of Trico exact fit blades. They're expensive, but I had them on my Mercedes for nearly two years, and they still worked like day 1 when I traded it. Now there's a set on my G

BTW, only OEM wipers are designed for G's windshield curviness. And driver's wiper has the different shape than passenger's.

I recently replaced my OE wipers with Bosch Icons and there great, i have no complaints! The Icons has a OE look to them and is kinda curve so it hugs onto the glass better. If your anticipating some heavy rain, just get some Rain-X spray and and you should be fine. Before a big rainstorm i usually use the spray and at 35mph+ the rain just glides right off the glass w/o even having the use the wiper blades...lol

Some years ago I started using Valeo blades purchased through TireRack. They seem to last forever, and work very well. TireRack was always selling both sides in a 2-for-1 promotion, but that doesn't appear to be the case anymore. I just went through the checkout, and Yikes! $50 shipped is super pricey!

Well, that sucks.

Out of all the brand blades Bosch as been the best all around for me. Lasting the longest and keeping windshield clearest with no noise.

Bosch wiper blade

Tried others....Bosch Icons are best thus far. Smooth operation, compact and clean looking. Time will reveal if they perform over time.

I have had rain x latitude wipers on my g37 for 2 years and they are still working just fine.
I bought a pair of Bosch ikons a year ago and they are still sitting in my garage, unused, as the rain x wipers are still good. I live in Florida. I have Bosch ikons on my mustang in my Colorado summer home and they work well, but I don't use the car in the winter. It's a convertible. One consideration is price, as the Bosch wipers are more expensive. I got the rain x wipers in Target, and the Bosch on line. I do hear that Walmart now carries Bosch ikons.
