Dealership ruined my car.

If someone keyed the key while they had it, I would expect their insurance should cover the repairs.

In this scenario, even if their insurance don't cover it, I would expect the dealer to cover it.

What kind of scratches are they? Post some pics.

Also, if you do a Google search for Willowdale Nissan/Infiniti you'll find nothing but complaints. I got my car from Alta, it's one of the best, if not the best, dealer in the GTA.

If it was keyed on the lot most likely they should have video of the offense. You can then file a police report to cover your end and the dealer should be able to use their insurance to cover the damages.
