just wondering how many miles you guys have on you G and how reliable it has been to you. Any problems or fixes what so ever?

 

I bought my car 08 Feb, and 20200miles on it right now. so far so good just started modifying little by little. only one thing that I want to notice is.... DAMN FKIN SQUEAKING!!!!!! lol no one could figure it out.. official infiniti dealer said no problem at all.. if there is no problem.. why I hear that sound!!! Other than that.. great

how have u changed your oil in the car? are u going by the book or doing it on your own?

 

I've had my G for 5 months and I have 9k on the odo. I haven't had a single reliability problem, but I did have two rattles that the dealer fixed.

 

2 years and 34,000 miles, had to tow her once for a VVEL malfunction which put it in limp mode. Never brought it in to the dealership, reset the CEL and it never happened again.

 

I will have had mine for a year Friday. I have 25K miles on it and haven't had any issues to date.

 

One year of ownership, 8,500 miles. No problems. One annoying squeak in dash when car is cold. Other than that - purring like a kitten.

 

16,000 miles...she runs great.

 

Interestingly enough, I just got a service reminder email from my dealership.

YOUR G37 IS DUE FOR ITS 18,750 MILE MAINTENANCE DURING THE WEEK OF 5 APRIL, 2010.

I bought my car in November; that would make it nearly 5 months in April. I change my own oil, so the only time I have brought it back to the dealership so far was when I had the spoiler installed in January. I have about 6000 miles on the car now.

Strange -- I can't fathom why they'd think I was on pace to drive 45,000 miles in one year. I've never gotten one of these reminders before.

Anyway, so far no problems, but of course it's still early. It's good to note that consumer reports gives the G and the Infiniti Brand among the highest marks for reliability, if that means anything to you.

 

A whopping 3400 miles after 6 months. No problems at all.

 

2008 coupe purshased in August 2008 34K miles and NO issues checked my mileage last week and an getting 22.5 on highway running the car hard on the interstate

 

2008 G37s and 10900 miles.Muffler rattles and battery problem ,but everything fixed under warranty.Now she runs great.

 

One month of ownership, 600 miles...

I was having some bluetooth issues so I stopped by the dealer expecting them to say "you need to buy a new phone" it's not our problem. Instead after testing it out, they said I have a bad AV unit. They ordered a new one and will replace it when it comes in.

 

Bought my G on Valentines weekend. Almost 1,500 miles to date. No issues other than my analog clock stopped working and I have a water leak in the cabin. However, I think both issues are related to having a sub installed.

 

11,500 with no issues to report, just as I expected!
