Yea ive had aluminized pipe on every car ive done exhaust work on and ive never seen as much as the tiniest bit of surface rust. Rust is only a problem up north when they salt the roads during snow. I know salt water would rust my stainless clamps on the boat if i forgot to clean them after each trip so over time the salt can wreak havoc on the metal of a car.
