Do yours light up? My friend has the G37S Coupe and her's light up at night, but mine don't. I figured it was an option, but she said she never added it as an option on hers. Its the silver plating, on the door sill when you get in/out of the car...her's lights up white...Just curious if this is an option, or is mine suppose to light up too? It looked pretty classy/nice.

the letters "infiniti"? then that's the kickplate and u can buy them and install urself if u wanted, hers probably was just an add on by the dealer.

These are the illuminated kickplates. They are an option. I have them on my '09 sedan and I think they look really good.

I would normally think it would be a waste, but at night I thought it looked really cool and classy. Hmm for $250 not sure if its worth it, but I might look into getting it.
