Anyone hooked up a trailer hitch to your G37? I'd like to add one of the smaller ones for my bike rack, but the undercarriage doesn't seem to have a good spot to attach one. I know Infiniti doesn't recommend towing, but this is just for a bike race so I don't have to mount one on the trunk. I'd only add one if there was a "clean" installation.

Thanks for the links. I think the Curt hitch looks like it will work for my purposes. It looks like Infiniti was expecting to have people add hitches, so they at least mad a place to hook it up.

 

Searched for any new threads on trailer hitches for the G37 and found none so figured I would ask again. I had a Mazda 6 with a hidden hitch brand receiver hitch. Was very well hidden with the receiver off and my Mazda 6 towed my jet ski just fine. There are several receiver hitches for the G37 out that would work, but all say you have to cut into the rear bumper cover which an't happening on my G37. Was checking to see if anyone has actually installed a receiver hitch or not yet.

 

You don't have to cut any painted portions, only those parts that are underneath the car that you wouldn't normally see anyways
