G37 cooling issue

Hello guys I had some questions about my 2009x g37 coupe I had a leak on one of the hoses so I took it off and drained the coolant and rebelled the system but after the car was on for 30 - 40 minutes 1k-2k-3k revs to bleed the system I realized hat the fans never came on and the coolant and gas gauges stopped working the gas went to empty and the coolant temperature even after 2 hours was still at operating temperature even though the car was off after that I realized that the battery was dead and couldn’t start the car, as I plugged it in the temperature gauge started to go down slowly and the gas gauge went back to the correct quarter tank not sure were the issue is.

- my engine was replaced 6 months ago and I didn’t drive it till now
- i was able to spin both fans freely they weren’t seized at all
- my friend was able to turn both fans on manually with a scanner
aftsr the first day the t bolt clamp started leaking again but I tightened it and it was ok but it seems like the coolant is trying to push out of the pipes
- the coolant takes a really long time to heat up at the top and bottom hoses!
ipdm test doesn’t work at all I tried multiple times and nothing happens!

please let me know if you might know how to fix it! Thank you and thanks for reading everything sorry it’s so much!
