Is my engine ruined?

I was driving my car and noticed my temperatures gauge was pointing at very hot. I was able to park my car and added 50/50 water and coolant and then started to drive again since my temperature was better. After driving for 10 minutes the car got hot and there was white smoke coming out behind the engine (passenger side). I kept pressing the gas trying to get my car to the next gas station 1 minute away and the car would barely move, I should have not done that.
When I took the radiator cap off there was 0 coolant. I realized all my coolant that I added left the car and there is a hose, I think its a heater hose that the clamps came apart.
Earlier when I was diagnosing this I noticed when I start my car, the entire car would shake and had trouble starting until it was cool. Did I mess up my engine because I was hearing loud cluck sounds under the driver seat as I turned my car on when it was hot a couple times?
Also my coolant reservoir never moves? Only the coolant in the radiator spills because of the disconnected heater hose. Reservoir level stays the exact same at max.
The white smoke also was coming from the heater hose area when the car gets hot. When I first added coolant I had the car on and it was running fine until 10 minutes after all the coolant i added dripped super fast and was all on the floor.
Image below is an example of a heater hose that broke and mine looks just like that. White smoke also came from the area that I pointed to in red.

So first you'll need to repair the broken heater hoses (and connectors), then fill and purge with coolant, and only THEN can you see if the engine will start and run properly.

If you ran it dry, that isn't good. But once it is cooled down you might get useful clearances back and it will run... but you've likely shaved a substantial chunk of lifespan off the engine, if it isn't borked now.

I totally agree. Fix the cooling issue, and see if you have some issues persist. Drain the oil into a bucket and get a magnet and see if there is any large metallic debris that is obvious. If not, you might skate by, but the life of the engine could definitely be shortened if it still "runs normal".

Go a step farther and pull a UOA to determine how much damage was done.
